Motor Vehicle Accidents

In the event of a policyholder being involved in a motor vehicle accident, the vehicle should be towed to the policyholder’s premises for assessment. Once panel beaters and repairers re-open post the lockdown, the vehicle can then be taken in for any repairs which have been authorised.
